Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ekanga account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
